Cempedak Butter Cake


Cempedak Butter Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
250g Salted Butter
160g Brown Sugar
6 Eggs
260g Cake Flour
2tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Salt
40g Milk
1tsp Vanilla Extract
200g Cempedak, blended
50g Cempedak, chopped 

Baker recommendation: 8"x8" square pan
No baking time or temperature given

What I'm using for half a recipe:
8"x4" loaf pan Bake at 170°C for 55 mins.

For Tried & Tested this week, I want to try this low-key recipe I found on FB. It doesn't have many views, but from the recipe shown, it looks really good. Uses way more cempedak than others I've seen. So since I got my hands on some cempedak yesterday, I want to give it a go and see if it's as good as she says it is. So let's try it out!
