Easy Cheesecups

EASY CHEESECUPS 

Ingredients:
250g Cream Cheese, softened
250g Greek Yogurt
250g Condensed Milk
1/2 tsp Lemon Extract or 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Any crushed biscuits for base
Any prefered topping 

Method: 

1. Place your desired base into the mold and press down to level it. 

2. Whisk cream cheese until smooth, add greek yogurt, condensed milk,  lemon and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Feel free to add further flavouring or create your own. 

3. Spoon or pipe them into the cups and top with the desired topping. 

4. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. 

Note: Amount of biscuit and topping varies based on the size of mould you're using or if you want more or less base and topping. So I leave it open for you.
