Soya bean curd / egg pudding

Soya milk 500g
Gelatin 8g
Sugar 54g
Vanilla essence 4g

Take some soya milk n add gelatin to bloom for 5min, once bloom put below hot water mix to get into room temperature

Balance Soya milk + sugar + vanilla essense mix until dissolve

Take some of portion 2 n pour into 1 n do tempering so tat the gelatin can set...

Pour balance of no.1 n stir

Ready to put into cups n set

Full cream milk 500g
Sugar  48g
Vanilla essence 1gm+/-

All in metbod
Sieve 2 time
Put in a cup
Put on a tray add water *for poaching so tat it will not be hard
Steam 8mins
