Pandan Kaya
Eggs 600g (10-12eggs)
Sugar 600g
Coconut milk 500g
*use ayam brand or best fresh coconut
Pandan leaves 10pcs (cut 1inch) or use pantan paste 2-3drops

*can change
-> Hainanese *caramelised sugar
-> Gula melaka

1)Blend egg +  pandan leave *strqin away residue
2)Add sugar,stir n dissolve
3)Add coconut milk combine
4)Place bowl over water bath continue to stir until thickena about +/- 30mins
Cook until thicken  *about 30mins
