Gently knock the pan to release the air
Bake at 160deg 20mins n 180deg for 10mins
Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack
Run blade around tbe inside of the pan to loosen the cake n remove

Dairy cream 250g
*step 1 boil the cream once boil bring down the pot
Dark chocolate couverture 250g
Step 2 pour the chocolate in to 1 let it soak n mix until melted
Step 3 whip up n fold in
Mint essence 15g
Step 4 mix in
WHITE MIRROR GLAZE
Gelatine powder 10g
Water 50g
Step 3 Stir in and combine
Water 75g
Sugar 75g
Glucose 50g
Condense milk 100g
Step 1 *Boil to.103deg C
White chocolate couverture 200g
Step 2 stir in until melted
