Lemon Chiffon cake

Group 1
Egg yolk 150g
Lemon concentrate 25g
Water 100g
Caster sugar 50g
* whisk all ingredient 

Group 2
Plain flour 200g
Baking flour 9g
Salt 1g
*sieve n add to Group 1 n fold in gently

Group 3
Vegetable oil 80g
*add to group 2 batter mixture

Group 4
Egg white 200gm
Castor sugar 60g
Cream of tartar 2g
*whisk until peak n fold into batter bit by bit 
*one direction fold scrap from bottom


Yield into 6inch mould about 250g each
Bake at 150deg 40mins
